Qualifications

• Requires valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional improvement.
