Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• Strong assessment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient goals.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
