Job summary

Sandstone of Tucson, a Sandstone Healthcare Group facility, is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time and PRN roles in Arizona. You will help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life in a collaborative, supportive environment.

As a PT, you will evaluate and implement therapy plans, treat mobility, strength, and function, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and wellness. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PT License or Compact License (Required).
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
