You will perform phlebotomies, register donors in IBBIS, assess eligibility, and ensure accurate donor identification, delivering high-quality customer service.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting hourly wage of $15.50–$17.05, with background checks and a drug screen required after conditional offer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and LifeSouth eligibility.
• Proficient with computer software applications.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as SOPs.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• CDL holders preferred; additional compensation available.

Responsabilités

• Perform phlebotomies and collect blood from donors per SOP.
• Collect blood using automated instruments after training.
• Register donors for collection in IBBIS system.
• Determine donor eligibility based on interviews and physical assessment.
• Ensure accurate donor identification throughout the donation process.
• Assist in donor recruitment, tele-recruitment, and rescheduling.
• Convert donors to apheresis when appropriate.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
