Job summary

VytlOne is hiring a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to support APO Pharmacy, a clinic-based specialty pharmacy. You will greet customers, process prescriptions, handle cash, and keep shelves stocked while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• H S Diploma or GED required.
• Current PTCB Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Must be sensitive to patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
