Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state PT licensure required.
• BLS certification (or able to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs and PT/PTA students as appropriate.
• Document progress and modify therapy based on patient response.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.
