Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal experience as a consumer in child welfare, probation, or mental health systems.
• Peer Support Specialist Certification preferred; completion within 1 year of employment.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach, engagement, support, advocacy, and direct services to program clients using lived experience.
• Serve as role models, companions, educators, and advocates across age ranges.
• Support clients toward recovery and meaningful life roles separate from illness.
