Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Somerset, New Jersey school-based team. This part-time role (4 days a week) runs from 8:50 am to 3:10 pm, with exclusive elementary placement and no travel required.

Salary is $60-$65 per hour, with compensation for the full school day including prep, notes, and lunch. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, guaranteed hours, CEUs, mentoring, PTO, and statewide opportunities.

Qualifications

• NJ State OT license required.
• NJ School Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Deliver direct OT services to students using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.
