Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND is seeking Patient Care Techs to join our team on a full-time basis. Shifts are 12 hours, with day or night options, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

As a PCT you will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN/LVN supervision, participate in infection control, and support the care team in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a nursing assistant or PCT program and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed an approved nursing assistant or PCT program.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care.
• Work under the supervision of an RN/LPN/LVN who delegates tasks based on patient needs and PCT/PCA skills.
• Report any deviations from expected patient parameters to the registered nurse.
