Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND is seeking CNAs for full-time day shift with 12-hour shifts. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

The facility provides long-term acute care in a 41-bed hospital setting and emphasizes patient-centered care. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years as Nurse Aide or relevant experience, active Nursing Assistant certification in the state, and Vibra-approved BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience as Nurse Aide or relevant experience accepted.
• Current Nursing Assistant certification valid in state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
