Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school setting in Ashland, VA on a part-time contract. The role involves evaluating students and providing documented therapy services according to individualized plans.

Formación

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred or may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care.
• Follow physician orders when delivering therapy, where applicable.
