Responsibilities

Performs professional and restorative nursing services including assessments, vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
Keeps timely documentation of written and verbal reports ensuring quality care.
Interacts with residents' physicians, pharmacists and medical personnel as needed.
Assist residents with activities of daily living per the Resident Care Plan (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility).
Participates in required in-service training and education sessions; performs other duties as assigned.
