Job summary

• Collaborate with care teams to support residents' daily living needs.

Responsibilities

• Keeps timely documentation of written and verbal reports.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per the Resident Care Plan including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Interacts with resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
• Participates in and attends all in-service training and education sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
