Job summary

Rasmussen University, on the Hennepin/Anoka campus, is seeking dynamic Part-Time Adjunct instructors to teach within the Nursing program. This role allows you to continue practicing in the field while exploring academia and mentoring the next generation of nurses.

No prior teaching experience is required as training is provided, and courses may be on campus or at off-site clinical partner locations. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to engage students through diverse

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• 1-year clinical RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Active RN licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification by AHA or Red Cross.
• Official transcripts required for each degree earned from an accredited institution.
• Documented Mental Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program; on campus or at off-site clinical partner locations.
• Use effective teaching strategies and engage a diverse student population.
• Create high levels of student engagement through activities and live synchronous sessions.
