Job summary

Community Health Resources seeks an Outpatient Therapist for the Adult Outpatient Program in Enfield, CT. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with one scheduled evening until 8pm, delivering evidence-based therapy to adults in various settings.

You will perform risk assessments, document services in the EHR, and participate in supervision and trainings while collaborating with healthcare providers to support client care. Licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree or higher in related field.
• Experience with trauma, mental illness and/or substance use disorders preferred.
• Licensure: LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required; LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist preferred; LADC may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient therapy.
• Perform clinical and risk assessments and referrals for appropriate services.
• Document client services in the electronic health record and complete admin tasks.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, trainings, and required trainings.
• Collaborate with clients’ healthcare providers and social service agencies.
