Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy as required.
• Coordinate treatment plans from admission to discharge with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Communicate with staff and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues.
• Complete timely documentation of assessments, plans and progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to licensure standards.
