Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic team in Michigan. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a collaborative environment where clinicians empower meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensure in every US state in which the therapist practices.
• Maintains current BLS certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, treatment and services within licensed scope.
• Evaluate patient condition and set goals with patient and family.
• Document patient status and progress per guidelines and reimbursement rules.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate PT treatment.
• Educate patients and families on PT procedures and home programs.
