Job summary

Ohio State University seeks a Clinical Dietitian to deliver personalized nutrition assessment, counseling and education for ambulatory patients and their families. You will plan and implement nutrition care, work with clinic teams on priorities and participate in community health initiatives.

The role requires Ohio licensure, prior dietitian experience, and potential specialty certification. Strong teamwork and organization are essential in a busy ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Must be registered and licensed as a dietitian in Ohio.
• Previous work experience as a dietitian is required.
• Specialty certification in area of practice where available preferred.
• Registered and/or eligible, licensed (State of Ohio) dietitian within 180 days of hire.
• Previous work experience as a dietitian is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional assessment, counseling and education to OSUWMC patients and their families, staff and students.
• Develop care plans and provide ongoing nutrition counseling and education.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to identify nutrition priorities and outreach activities.
