Job summary

FLACRA is seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinic Counselor in Watkins Glen, NY to provide case management and addiction services. The role includes diagnostic evaluation, individual/group therapy, intake handling, and coordination with community resources.

The candidate should have an Associate’s in Health/Human Services, a NYS driver’s license, and may pursue a QHP; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and E-records experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Health/Human Services required.
• Valid NYS Driver's License.
• Pursuit of QHP encouraged.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct diagnostic evaluative services to clients referred to the Agency.
• Deliver individual, conjoint, family, and/or group therapy as needed.
• Handle intake and service load with independent judgment and consultations.
• Participate in staff, in-service and supervisory meetings.
