Job summary

You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and improve quality of life, collaborating with physicians, therapy assistants, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Wyoming OT license or eligible for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Establish measurable goals while monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve functional performance and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote successful outcomes beyond the clinic.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Delegate appropriate treatment activities to therapists assistants and aides while supervising.
