Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in an accredited OT program.
• Active OT license/certification in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess functional status and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on ADLs, mobility, and adaptive devices.
• Collaborate with COTAs, PTs, SLPs, nurses and physicians.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
