This role emphasizes professional development, collaboration with facilities and ongoing education to maintain compliance and deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under the supervision of a licensed OT to deliver high-quality therapy.
• Contribute to OTA program development and clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with facilities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain an active state license and stay informed on OT practice changes.
• Adhere to approved treatment plans and compliant billing practices.
• Deliver care aligned with established goals and document progress.
