Job summary
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will support patients, collaborate with facility staff, and adhere to established care plans while promoting excellence in care and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include program development support, ongoing education, and maintaining licensure and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Graduated from ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
- Current state OTA license and active status.
Responsibilities
- Support patients under licensed OT supervision and work toward established plans of care.
- Contribute to development and success of the OTA program.
- Strengthen clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
- Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT developments.
- Understand billing practices and treatment delivery models to meet standards.
- Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and demonstrate meaningful outcomes.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
- Communicate effectively in English for documentation and care.
