Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Consultant to help clients define cloud strategies and deliver measurable results. You will work with CFOs and supply chain leaders to implement Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, gather requirements, design processes, and lead transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration with client stakeholders and junior team members.

Qualifications

2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
3+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
Experience documenting requirements, fit-gap analyses, process design and training.
Ability to travel 50% on average.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
Contribute to Oracle Cloud SCM implementation activities, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
Assist with current-state and future-state process design, including scenario development, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases.
Contribute to internal business development efforts, including proposal support, research, and pursuit materials.
Support the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration.
