Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, document promptly, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current state license as COTA in good standing.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation of care.
