Job summary

ADC Therapeutics SA is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to engage healthcare professionals across a defined US territory, delivering medical and scientific information on ADCs and the company pipeline. This field-based role requires building peer-level relationships with KOLs and HCPs, and gathering field insights to shape objectives.

The ideal candidate has MSL experience, a background in hematology/oncology, and knowledge of clinical development and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MSL experience required.
• Hematology oncology experience preferred.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
• Understanding of clinical development and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Knowledge of PhRMA and OIG guidelines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals about ADC Therapeutics products and pipeline.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
• Develop territory plans and build relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
• Maintain medical expertise in hematology/oncology clinical practice.
• Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align medical activities.
