Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers while upholding high cleanliness and customer service standards.

This on-site role offers pay of $23-24/hour, early close Fridays with 3 paid hours off, comprehensive healthcare options, PTO and holidays, parental and caregiver leave, life insurance, a 403b with match, and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders promptly and cleans up after.
• Performs repairs on the property including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
