Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of OTA program accredited by AOTA.
• California license as Occupational Therapy Assistant or eligible.
• BLS certification required or within scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessment under supervision of OTR.
• Implement treatment plans as delegated by OTR and per department standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide quality care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and progress.
