Job summary

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical work experience; CEHs annually in specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes patient assessments to determine treatment needed and documents results.
• Performs thorough assessments to set short- and long-term goals and updates progress.
• Reviews progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed and documents outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on ADL and IADL tasks, and usage of assistive devices.
