Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Albuquerque, NM.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.A., or M.S.).
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if required by state).
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary interventions for physical functioning disorders.
• Delivers skilled OT services and rehab to residents.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure rules.
