Job summary

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct therapy, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will work in a supportive, mission-driven environment with access to advanced technology and opportunities for professional growth. Current state licensure and CPR are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, create personalized care plans.
• Build relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
