Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to occupational therapy patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and tailor interventions to individual needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
