Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Supervise care plans and treatments and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise and guide treatments; perform patient assessments.
• Create and adjust personalized care plans.
• Build relationships with patients to support recovery.
