Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in in-facility settings. You will assess patients, design and implement recovery plans, and deliver OT services under the supervision of the Director of Rehab.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the opportunity to grow through mentorship programs and ongoing education. In addition to benefits, we offer visa sponsorship and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• A valid, unencumbered OT license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
