Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• New Grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation, skilled and medically necessary interventions.
• Perform tasks requiring standing and walking; assist with patient and equipment transfers.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan: manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory and clinical requirements.
