You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. The role requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, Maryland OT licensure (OTR/L), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or related field).
• Minimum of several years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current certification in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) and licensure in Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized OT plans for residents.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Design interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, and cognitive function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and plan treatment.
