Banner Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and supervise OT treatment for patients in Banner Staffing Services-WR. You will work within policy and regulatory standards, providing skilled therapy aligned with physician referrals and family involvement.

The role emphasizes clinical competence, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the care team to support patients across age groups. This PRN-like schedule supports flexible coverage within day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an occupational therapy educational program approved by the governing board.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Relates interview responses to clinical competency and education.
• Ability to become proficient with computer software used in patient care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and plan treatment for patients based on physician referrals and departmental policies.
• Implement and adjust individualized OT treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in a timely, compliant manner.
• Communicate treatment results with physicians, nurses, patients and families.
• Assist with department operations and training of staff where appropriate.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
