Qualifications

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in rehabilitation or occupational therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and independence.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout the treatment journey.
