Qualifications

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the journey.
