Job summary

Coordinated Therapy Solutions is seeking an Registered Occupational Therapist to provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy to assigned patients in SNF settings. You will help patients reach maximum functional level and apply learned skills to community living.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, documenting records, supervising support staff, administering treatment programs, and developing home programs. Travel may be required to support patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients per standards.
• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Directs the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
• Administers treatment programs to increase patients' functioning.
• Designs individualized therapy for adult learning-disabled patients.
• Provides prevention therapy and teaches energy conservation and safety techniques.
• Develops home programs and instructs patients or families.
• Participates in patient support groups with the team.
