Qualifications

• Current NP license in the practice state
• Certification by AANP or ANCC preferred
• One year NP experience preferred
• Maintain collaboration agreements per state requirements
• CPR current if applicable
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray as applicable
• Current Health certificate as per contract/state regulation
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services within the scope of license
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Assess and screen patients, prescribe medications
• Instruct patients and families on conditions and treatment
• May have area of specialty practice
