Job summary

Voices for Children, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to implement content strategies across social media, website, and email channels.

You will develop stories, write and edit communications, and work with teams to raise community awareness and support for CASAs and foster youth. You will lead content development for campaigns, manage digital channels, and produce multimedia assets for major fundraising events, while ensuring ethical storytelling and audience engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with storytelling to create engaging content for marketing goals.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of WordPress and email marketing.
• Experience editing videos and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely/in-person.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling written, visual, and video content for the website, blog, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Create and schedule email campaigns and manage social media content.
• Lead storytelling through interviews and field stories with ethical, trauma-informed practices.
• Coordinate with design vendors and internal teams to deliver collateral on time.
• Track engagement metrics and report on marketing activities.
• Support fundraising and volunteer recruitment campaigns through content and events.
