Job summary

Sadler Health Center in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a Marketing & Development Manager to lead marketing, communications, fundraising and donor engagement. This hands-on role requires writing, content creation, project management and collaboration across teams to promote services and advance the organization's mission.

You'll report to the Director of Marketing & Development and work with staff, donors and partners to grow awareness, engagement and support for Sadler's programs.

Qualifications

• Clear, engaging writing for internal/external audiences.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.
• Experience building and maintaining donor communications and materials.
• Ability to measure marketing and fundraising performance and report findings.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices in nonprofit/healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage an editorial calendar for campaigns, communications, fundraising and events.
• Write and produce content for external and internal channels.
• Plan and monitor social media content, engagement and performance.
• Maintain and update website content with internal/external partners.
• Support SEO and digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising and site performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners and manage branding materials.
• Capture photography and short-form video for marketing needs.
• Manage promotional items and inventory.
• Develop donor communications and storytelling; acknowledge donors and sponsorships.
