Job summary

GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and financial stewardship for the organization. This role focuses on fundraising, donor engagement, and building a strong community presence to deliver GiGi’s signature programs.

The Executive Director will recruit and lead staff, collaborate with the Board, and partner with national GiGi’s leadership to advance growth and program quality in Cincinnati and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management and related experience in organizational leadership, non-profit, and related field.
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, grants, and events is a plus.
• Ability to work with a diverse community and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Playhouse operations to ensure long-term sustainability and community impact.
• Oversee fundraising activities, donor outreach, and grant writing.
• Manage staff and collaborate with the local Board to drive mission delivery.
