Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; long-term care or rehab preferred.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per facility policies and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical decision-making during night shift hours.
• Collaborate with CNAs, supervisors, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
