Labcorp in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3rd shift position (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday with weekend and holiday shifts). The role involves venipuncture and capillary blood collection across age groups, data entry, billing processing, and travel to other sites as needed.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred or required in lieu of work experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to travel to additional sites as needed and ready for overtime.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
