Job summary

Uncommon Schools in Camden seeks a full-time Middle School Math teacher to help students grow as self-guided learners using a CCSS-based Math curriculum. You will work in grade-level teams to refine teaching and foster a love of mathematics.

You will collaborate with families and the principal to differentiate instruction, analyze student data, and contribute to a strong, supportive school culture while advancing NJ certification eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1-2 years of urban classroom experience preferred.
• Commitment to social emotional and academic development of students.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and collaborate with partners.
• Familiarity with CCSS-based Math curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach foundational middle school math concepts using the CCSS-based curriculum.
