Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with high school students.
• BA degree preferred.
• Must pass CORI/SORI and fingerprinting background checks.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate lessons on study skills, homework strategies, and engagement.
• Lead community-building activities and collaborative games.
• Coordinate with the Dean and School Culture Team to support student growth.
• Align study skills with academic content and teacher expectations.
• Monitor student work and supervise make-up tests and quizzes.
• Support students in self-advocacy and workload management.
• Maintain a structured, safe learning environment and support IEP implementation.
