Qualifications

• A current KS Building Administration License is required.
• 5 years of teaching experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the building principal and support all stakeholders representing the school in developing the vision, mission and goals of the school.
• Supports the implementation of the school improvement plan.
• Assists in monitoring instructional programs and ensuring alignment with standards.
• Assist in evaluating staff to improve student growth and promote teacher leadership.
• Promote a positive culture of learning and collaboration and build partnerships with families and community partners.
