• Use data to monitor progress and adjust the action plan and goals
• Ensure students access the core curriculum with fidelity and teachers differentiate instruction
• Recruit, screen, hire, and supervise school staff; promote teacher leadership
• Create and sustain a culture of collaboration, trust, and high expectations
